Friday 7th September was the first Kinder transition session for our kids and mums and dads (and grandmothers) joining us in Kindergarten next year.
Thank you to Ms Cahill, Mrs Gillett and Mrs Vidler – it was a lovely morning where the children and parents had the chance to meet each other, play together, explore the kindergarten rooms and outside play space, and have LOTS OF FUN!
The big book for the day was ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ and the activities matched – from making our very own caterpillar sandwich, to making playdough caterpillars, egg carton caterpillars, practising their balance on the caterpillar balance beam, or crawling through the caterpillar tunnel!
